Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Trucking Insurance Quotes, operated in partnership with Monarca Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information when you visit this landing page or call the phone number shown on it. By using this page or calling us, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
This page does not contain a contact form and does not ask you to submit personal details online. We may, however, collect limited information automatically and through your phone call:
- Usage and device data — such as IP address, approximate location (city/region derived from your IP), browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL.
- Advertising parameters — campaign and keyword values passed in the page’s web address (for example, utm_term), used to tailor the headline and measure ad performance.
- Call information — when you call, we and our call-tracking provider may collect your phone number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and the information you choose to share with the agent.
Call recording and monitoring
Calls placed to the number on this page may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes. By calling, you consent to such recording and monitoring. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let the agent know at the start of the call.
Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We use third-party technologies to understand how visitors interact with our advertising:
- CallRail — provides the phone number on this page and tracks which advertising campaign drove your call.
- IP geolocation services — used solely to display your approximate city in the page headline.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your device or ad-platform privacy controls.
How we use information
- To respond to your call and provide insurance quotes and information.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this page.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
How we share information
We do not sell your information to lead aggregators. We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our call-tracking and analytics providers) and as required by law. Information you provide on a call is used to prepare your quote and is handled in accordance with applicable insurance regulations.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes of collection.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain a portable copy of personal information you previously provided to us, in a readily usable format.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or charge a different price for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, call us at the number below or write to us at the office address under “Contact us.” We will verify your request before responding, and you may use an authorized agent. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you.
If we decline to act on your request, you may ask us to reconsider by contacting us at the same number or address. You may also submit a complaint to the California Attorney General or the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Your information is also protected by the California data breach notification statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.82), which requires notice if unencrypted personal information is acquired without authorization; the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Ins. Code § 791 et seq.); and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act governing nonpublic personal financial information collected in connection with an insurance transaction.
If you reside in another state that has enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy law, we will honor the rights granted to you under that law on the same terms.
Your choices
- You may opt out of future calls by telling the agent or by following any opt-out instructions provided.
- You may disable cookies or reset advertising identifiers through your browser and device settings.
- You may request access to or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us at the number below.
Telephone communications (TCPA)
This page does not collect telephone-contact consent through a form. Any contact between you and the agency results from a call you initiate. Should you separately provide your number and consent (for example, during a call), you may revoke that consent at any time by request. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text communications you agree to receive.
Do Not Call
We honor the federal National Do Not Call Registry and applicable California telephone solicitation requirements (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17590 et seq.). If you ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, we will honor that request.
Children’s privacy
This page is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
